I have uploaded two new license files for CallManager device 10 units each but nothing shows up in the license unit report.

Did you receive any errors while adding the licenses?
Have you restarted the licensing service?

No errors while adding the licenses. They show up in the existing license files pull down menu.
I did restart Cisco license manager.

Either the MAC address provided does not match eth0 of your publisher server's NIC; or, you checked/unchecked the VMware box inappropriately on the licensing tool. If you're using MCS servers this shouldn't be checkes; if you're on UCS it should. Comare the new license against those that are working. What's different?

Server is an MCS 7835H2 and VMware box was not checked. MAC address is correct. The files look the same besides the PAK and "SIGN" sections.
