I am looking to do an upgrade of our version of CUE on a 2821 NME. The current CUE (3.0.4) is currently working fine, however I want to update the version of CME running on my router. The problem is I cannot get into the service-module session. When I try it is saying connection refused by host... I have tried to clear the line via the service-module integ-service-engine 1/0 session clear and by clearing the tty line that shows in the service-module integ-service-engine 1/0 status (via clear line tty 66). I have tried shutting down the module and restarting it with no avail. I am at a loss as to what to do to get into the cli for the CUE. Any ideas?

Can't seem to see a problem, what command are you using to access the cli?

very strange , can't see what the issue is.The fact that you can use the CUE and web to it must mean that routing is fine.i can only assume that it maybe a bug in the IOS.what version are you running.I have checked the unity express for bugs regarding this but there is nothing obvious
