cant make international conference call on Cisco phone by putting conference code

hi 

i have Cisco phones at office , my problem is i received a conference call we conference code by email as invitation 

i dial the international number (Holland for example) normally and then the answer machine requesting me to put the conference code , so the local answer machine (Egypt) said this number is wrong please check number .etc

why i cant put the conference code to join the call and  the local answer machine reply this number is number and the international call is already on hold waiting for conference code to join 

Note: i dont have landline , im using Vodafone sim card on our ip central system because we dont have landline infra and boxes in our building

thanks for clarification but need more explain

1- i cant upgrade only one phone for testing (using tftp alternative)

2- if i upgrade the cisco phone to new firmware on router using tftp , what about the old one which       already installed on router ? it will over write ? and which time should i upgrade ? during working hours ? so users doesnt effected with normal internet connection ?

3- also it will not erase any of my router configuration ? just need to make sure

4- about the latest firmware of cp 7821 with cmterm-78xx.12-1-1-12 i dont have the XMLDefault.cnf.xml included with the same model inside the file ?

5- last things need steps of how to upgrade on router 2911 ?

or this file i should have to be able to upload the firmware to router ?

another thing : i u tell me the steps to extract and upload the firmware 7821 12-1-1-12 on flash (router )

Hi there

cmterm-78xx.12-1-1-12.k3.cop.sgn is for CUCM. For CME you can use cmterm-78xx.12-1-1-12.zip. As its a zip file you have to extract it and manually upload to the router flash and point it in the configuration.

The error is for jabber-config.xml. Since you dont have IMP, thats fine.

Can you try reset the device to factory and boot up.

Step 1	Unplug the phone: If using PoE, unplug the LAN cable. If using the power cube, unplug the power cube.
Step 2	Wait 5 seconds.
Step 3	Press and hold # and plug the phone back in.
Step 4	When the light on the Mute button and handset light strip turns off and all other lights (Line button, Headset button, Speakerphone button, and Select button) stay green, press 123456789*0# in sequence. When you press 1, the lights on the line buttons turn red. The light on the Select button flashes when a button is pressed. After you press these buttons, the phone goes through the factory reset process. If you press the buttons out of sequence, the phone powers on normally

it doesnot work with me any how i reset all setting already from the phone it self , now why the phone is not taking the new firmware (it said upgrade faild sip78xx.12-1-1-12.loads inactive load)

okay now after upgrade i need to cant make international conference call on Cisco phone by putting conference code after making the call it asking me to put the conference code to join the meeting via phone but i think the phone doesnt recognize that digits are normal code not a phone number

thats why when i put the code it says from vendor this number is wrong number please try another

so how can i put numbers during the call is active and the phone recognize it as a code
