Cisco 8865 phone voice feedback disable

Hello all,

If i press and hold SELECT button for few seconds voice feedback is turning on.

Is their any way to disable this option permanently from phone or CUCM?

CUCM version -11.5

8865 firmware-12.1.1.

Just confirmed with TAC that there is NOT a global CUCM setting to disable this feature in any current version of CUCM.  It must be done per device manually.

Even if you disabled from the phone and the users press SELECT and hold it will turn on again.

To turn off, Settings > 3 accessibility > if voice feedback is on, quickly double press the Off softkey in the display.
