Hello.
I have a cisco router 2951 with 1 PVDM32, and I have 2 E1 each E1 connected to a different phone number,
I have a question about dividing the 32-time slot between 2 E1.
the current configuration :
controller E1 0/1/1
pri-group timeslots 1-16
description ***
!
controller E1 0/1/2
!
controller E1 0/1/3
pri-group timeslots 16-31
description ***
but I have a problem,
time-slot isdn unavailable
Thanks

If both your E1's are of 30 channel you need to another PVDM 32 to cover the second PRI.
Your configurations is not correct and I never seen ISP providing Channels from 16-31. Check with your ISP how many channels you are subscribed on each. PRI lines and if required add additional PVDM.

Yes if that's the time slots that your provider uses then that would be what you need to use on your end.

Are you sure that you have time slot 16 to 31 on your second E1. That’s very unusual for a service provider to use.

I Ask the ISP today, told me both E1 timeslots are configured from 1-16,,
so can I use the following commands ?
controller E1 0/1/1
pri-group timeslots 1-16
description ***
!
controller E1 0/1/2
!
controller E1 0/1/3
pri-group timeslots 1-16
