Hello,

I want to activate basic auto attendant on my CME. I have three attached TCL files. Are these files enogh or I need more files? I know that an audio file must be placed in flash of the router.

These files are used for Fax Services, if that is what are looking for, yes they are the necessary files on this link  you can find how do this.

No I don't need fax. I want to have a basic auto attendant so the callers from PSTN lines hear a recorded voice to guide them to dial correct extension.

Then you need the files for B-ACD. Can be downloaded from cisco.com.
