CME Copy backup configuration Not Working

Hi ,

I want use 2 CME router :

1- The first one is on prod

2- Teh second one is not in prod

I want to use the same configuration ( both routers are the same requirements).

When i tri to test de backup ( Router 1 not in network)  ... the ephones Register on the CME but without its own DN-number.!!

Please , would someone to help to resolve this issue.

If both CMEs having the same configuration then there shouldn't be an issue when you change the TFTP server of all IP Phones to secondary CME. It might be that the backup CME has different configuration from the primary CME.
