Hi Mike,
What is she doing to log herself out of the hunt group. That shouldn't happen just from answering a call. What algorithm is being used on the line group?
Thanks

they keep on claiming this is happening when they are on call_a and call_b rings in and they go to hangup on call_a some how they log out. (this is the only site this happens at) the extension is question is 7107.
ephone-hunt 1 sequential
pilot 7191
list 7107
final 7194
timeout 10
no-reg pilot
description flm beginning call-in route

!
voice hunt-group 1 parallel
final 7179
list 7102,7107,7120,7113,7115
timeout 15
pilot 7193
!

voice hunt-group 2 parallel
final 7193
list 7107,7120,7115
timeout 10
pilot 7194

I'm not sure why it would be logging out since you don't have autologout configured on the ephone hunt. But you can add HLog to the softkey template for that phone or all of the hunt group phones.
phone template 1
softkeys Hlog (and everything else that you have on there)
ephone 1
softkey template 1

which I already do
ephone-template 20
softkeys remote-in-use Newcall
softkeys idle Redial Newcall Cfwdall Pickup Gpickup Dnd HLog Login
softkeys seized Cfwdall Endcall Redial Pickup Gpickup Callback
softkeys connected Hold Endcall Trnsfer TrnsfVM Confrn Acct Park
button-layout 7931 2
ephone 4
device-security-mode none
headset auto-answer line 1
mac-address "mac address"
ephone-template 20
////configs omitted/////
paging-dn 70
type 7962
button 1:14

Then she should be able to hit the HLog and log back in. Is that not happening? if so what does the screen say when she hit that softkey?

not sure since I'm not at the location, but I did let them know about it. Sorry I should have been more specific in the previous post.
