Corporate Directory Forwarding

Hopefully someone can answer this.  I am on CUCM 11.5 and CUCA... I have a directory handler set up for our main call handler.  My CEO would like it if when someone spells her name in the directory and chooses it, that it goes to her AA's extension instead of hers.  Is this possible?

Yes!  On the CEO's mailbox you need to navigate to Edit > Transfer Rules and about 1/2 way down modify the Transfer Action to transfer to the extension number of the AA.  Note that you can modify by time of day, as well.  Hope this answers your question.
