Hi there

The bug CSCvc46415 (CIPC intermittent crash during use) is resolved with fix CIPC ES build 8.6.6.1.

You could open up a TAC for that or check this thread as a member already shared the fix. Download, install and test it out.

Windows version ? Does it only happen when you use a headset ? Run debug monitor on your machine and reproduce the issue.

OS: Windows 10 version 1703

I have not tried using my phone without my headset or running a debug monitor because I can't recreate the issue on command. The issue happens randomly during use about twice a day. Can you provide a link to the tool and some documentation on how to set up the tool so I can monitor per your request? Thanks for the reply.

Cisco Rath thank you! I installed 8.6.6.1 I'll keep this updated if that fixes the issue.

Cisco TAC has a newer version of the engineering special (v 8.6.6.14) (FYI: ES 8.6.6.1 crashes after the latest windows 10 update this week)

Hello how are you? can you send me the version CIPC ES build 8.6.6.1. ?
