I am using CUCM 11.5 ver, with a total of 65 IP phones installed in a network, the client is asking to record 10 PLAR based configured Cisco IP Phone (Model CP-8841) calls.
Is there any option in CUCM that I can configure for recording without taking any third-party software or hardware?
Can anyone provide me a detailed document or tutorial material on various types of call recording methods in CUCM?
Thank you

There are AFAIK no native options in CM for call recording. You’ll need to use a 3:rd party system for this.
I would recommend you to reach out to a reputable Cisco partner, with a specialisation in unified communication, for this line of question.

Dear Nithin,
Appreciate your help - Thank you so much.
So, I will need only an application, or do I need anything else in order to get recordings (like any kind of hardware)?
