Dear All
I have a problem that when I change the setting of phone, it seems normally change in web interface.
But the new setting can't apply to the phone.
Even if I reset the phone in web interface, it says that the reset is sent to the phone
But the phone doesn't reset.
For example, I change a phone DN from 1000 to 2000
In the phone setting, I saw the DN change to 2000 successfully and press reset button on the web interface
But the phone didn't reset and the DN is still 1000
I also try to reset the phone use the phone button, it can be reseted but the new setting is still not apply
By the way, I can add a new phone and DN, and the new phone can register successfully.
But after it registered, it also can't change any setting.
Does anyone face the same problem??
Thanks

First thing I would check database replication, is it fine (state 2 on all nodes) ?

As Suresh mentioned, this is most likely a db replication issue. Here's a good documentation on CUCM 6.x db architecture and replication that you may find helpful.

Hi~ Suresh
Thanks for answer
I use RTMT and found that have a error DBChangeNotifyFailure
So first I stop the replication at subscriber and then publisher.
And reset the all replication.
Then it is find now.

Hi,
It is most likely the following bug which affected hundreds of deployments on 6.x version
https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCso93220/?reffering_site=dumpcr

A quick temporary fix is to restart the ccm service. Unless there are compatibility issues with any other applications or no plans to upgrade to 10.x/11.x version of cucm in the near future you should try and upgrade to at least the latest 6.1.5 version if possible.
