Hi team,
I have a CUCM 8.5 here.
So, I want to create a route group, but I don´t have available devices in call routing> route/hunt > .route group.
Can you help me please?

Hi Jean,
To add a device to a route group, you need to first of all create the device/gateway/sip trunk
Have you added a gateway/sip trunk in cucm? using device>gateway> add new

I Have a environment with 3 sites (1 CUCM and 2 CME-SRST) working properly.

Are you saying you have configured gateways? What type of gateways did you configure? MGCP or H323

What that does mean?
I Have a environment with 3 sites (1 CUCM and 2 CME-SRST) working properly.
Do you have GWs or Trunks defined in CUCM?
If so if they are referened directly by Route Patterns you will not be able to add them to Route Groups, you first need to remove them from route Patterns.

I have Gws defined in CUCM.
