CUCM minor upgrade from 11.5.1SU2 to SU7 failed

Hi all,

Seems i hit a Cisco bug during CUCM minor upgrade from 11.5.1 SU2 to SU7. The upgrade for the PUB is success (have not switched to the new version), but the SUBs are not. The install log is attached.

Reinstalled the SUB and performed the upgrade via OS admin, but it is still the same.

Any help would be appreciated.
