Hi,
I have downloaded basic chat sdk from here https://developer.cisco.com/docs/jabber-web/#!im-and-presence-how-to-use-jabber-im-core-apis/prerequisites.
We have configuring domain, bosh url, username and password as given in docs but when I am trying to connect it is showing the error <stream:error xmlns:stream="http://etherx.jabber.org/streams"><service-unavailable xmlns="urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:xmpp-streams"/></stream:error>.
I want to know that we are configuring wrong bosh url, domain or credentials that why it is throwing an error or is this from cisco server side error?
If we are configuring wrong so how can we find the bosh url or we need to follow any specific rules to connect with bosh? Please help us to resolve this issue.
Thankyou

Anything related to APIs is better asked over at DevNet as you stand a much better chance of getting quality help over there.

Hi @Roger Kallberg,
As per your instruction, I have posted same question in DevNet https://community.cisco.com/t5/devnet-sandbox/other-sandbox-issues/m-p/4797471 but yet now didn't get any help or solution.
Thankyou,
NIkita
