Dear NetPro gurus,
My customer has recently setup a new CUE with the existing CME. Everything works and users can retreive voicemails except MWI.
I have attached the CME configs as attached. Also, i have attached the debugs as below when I initiated "MWI refresh".

Hi Hunt Lee,
Can you check that the same number has been configured for MWI ON/OFF in CUE..
type show ccn application
check that the mwi number in
strMWI_OFF_DN:
strMWI_ON_DN:
is the same as configured on CCME.
Also when you did your mwi refresh, there is no invite coming from CUE to CCME to change the state of the MWI LAMP.
Can you ensure that the sip gateway address on your cue is the ip address of the ccme router using the command below:
sh ccn subsystem sip
05-26-2012 04:45 AM
Add this
sip-ua
mwi-server ipv4:x.x.x.x expires 3600 port 5060 transport udp

hi Hunt,
on the cue ...do a "show ccn application"....this will show you mwi on and off numbers.
The system does not have a concept of the number of digits in the extensions; it simply places a call to the
appropriate MWI on or off number and appends the mailbox extension. The Cisco CallManager Express
system must have a dial peer with the appropriate number of dots in the destination pattern in order to route
the call properly.
Finally, be sure that the Cisco Unity Express SIP gateway IP address points to the correct Cisco CallManager express . "show ccn subsystem sip"
to check this.
Hope this helps!
Thanks,
Karthik
