Hi,
I have a couple of customers who have reported issues with the time displayed on phones not being updated for the change to British Summer Time that happened on 30 March 2014.
The customers are all running CUCM 9.1(2)SU1 with up to date phone loads. Phone models include 6945, 7925 and various 794x
The timezone selected in the Date/Time Group is (GMT) Europe/London
Has anyone else in the UK seen similar issues?
Thanks

We had an issue on the 894x models and we're running 8.6.2SU2
There's a bug on pre 9.4 firmware versions -- >CSCun11142

I didn't see the problem myself (I'm also on 9.1(2)) but I did hear of other people in the UK having problems.
With CUCM, you also need to keep the Timezone configuration up to date too. On the CLI, do "show timezone config" to see what version of the config file you're using. I'm on 2013d and didn't have problems with any Cisco phones (39xx, 69xx, 78xx, 79xx, or 99xx)
The latest file on software.cisco.com is 2013i

This was resolved by doing a reset on the effected phones, they were also unable to access the corporate directory when they had the incorrect time.
