Show sh call hist vo id $id for this call first. 38 (in decimal notation) means network out of order, looks like you can't initiate signalling session to remote party.

Hi

Please post your conf and a debug voip ccapi  to help you to correct possible misconfguration.

Thanks

Hi All,

I am also facing the issue that i am testing it using my IP Phone i.e. i have added VG as an H323 gateway in call manager and sending call to AA pilot number i.e. 6543. I am able to see the call on VG but not able to hear any prompt and after couple of seconds call directly tries to route to operator num 1195 which is another test IP Phone but call doesn't ring on that number and disconnects after while.

Hi, I am confused here. You said that disconnect cause is SIP 503 service not available. Then you mentioned that you are using H323. This isn't contradicting.

Can you please explain your setup, call flow, and the spot of the problem.

Hi,

Basically my call flow is i am calling from IP Phone to VG where we have AA tcl script. For this i have added the VG as an H323 device in CUCM and once from VG it is going back to CUCM for an operator through SIP Dial peer.

Through logs i can see calls is matching the desired DP but call doesn't land on test number i am using for an operator.

Why dont you start by simplifying this set up by either using SIP only or H323 only, sounds to me you are unnecessarily complicating things.

Please remember to rate useful posts, by clicking on the stars below.

Hi Dennis,

its works fine now.  have made both Dial peers of same type.

Gents,

My customer has deployed the SIp trunk and now they want to use the same tcl script for SIP trrunk. I have configured the VG as per requirement while testing i can see call is coming on VG but getting busy tone.

In ccsip logs it shows cause (SIP) = 500.

calling number = 583590222

called number  = 0115102500 -> converting into AA pilot number 6543.

I am attaching my log file as well VG config. What could be the issue now.

Your help would be great.

Thanks in advance.

Your AA should be assigned to dialpeer 2222 which is the inbound dialpeer. You are assigning it to the outbound dialpeer

Hi Mohammed,

I have done some changes in the config because configuring service in 2222 dial peer didn;t work either. Now i have created two DPs for incoming, one is external number for customer which will be convert into 6544 i.e. AA pilot number. Another DP is also incoming but having incoming called number 6544 and also calling AA service in it and noe this time i am listening a prompt from service provider that the number is switched off.

While checking the logs i have found call is getting number 6544 but not matching to desired dial-peer which already exist.

I am attaching the config and logs again may be you will get the idea what is wrong.

Thanks in advance

I have contacted the TAC and came to know the TCL script i am using doesn't support SIP it works with H323 only.

Do you have idea where can i get the same tcl script supported by SIP as well.
