Hi, guys
I have Cisco Unified Call Maneger Express 8.6 and, when I make outside calls, the system doesnt send all the digits, what makes outside people not able to return the call.
Im based in Mozambique, the telephony numbers here look alike this: 21 123456
When I make an outside call, on the mobile phone or a telephony, it appears only: 21 1234
The last 2 digits are omitted (by the way, the last 2 digits are the EXTENSION NUMBERS of the users).
I thought it was a mis-configuration on the dial peers, but, taking a good look at them, I cant see the error.
Here is the dial peer:
dial-peer voice 1 pots
description Nacionais e Locais
destination-pattern 92[13-9]......
port 0/0/0:15
forward-digits 8
My city code is 21, but others city codes on my country are 22, 23...until 29.
Any help on this?

You need to configure translation-profile and rule for the calling number.
Then you check with "debug isdn q931" and "term mon".

Hi, Paolo
How can I make this?
Can you share here how this would be?

You can search forum and/or read documentarion.

The translation-profile would go on your outgoing POTS dial-peer(s).
voice translation-rule 1
rule 1 /^..$/ /211234\0/
voice translation-profile PSTN-OUTGOING
translate calling 1
dial-peer voice 1 pots
translation-profile outgoing PSTN-OUTGOING
So, assuming your ephone-dn are two digits. that config takes any two-digit caller ID and prefixes 211234 to it

Hi, Jonathan
Thanks for your help.
Just a quick check before I configure this translation profile.
Will it look like this?
voice translation-rule 1
rule 1 /^..$/ /211234\0/
voice translation-profile PSTN-OUTGOING
translate calling 1
dial-peer voice 1 pots
translation-profile outgoing PSTN-OUTGOING
description Nacionais e Locais
destination-pattern 92[13-9]......
port 0/0/0:15
forward-digits 8
Thanks

That looks good. End result calling number would be 211234..
