Running Call Manager 10.5.2.10000. I have a receptionist that would like any incoming calls to go directly to voice mail if she is already on another call. She does not want to see any flashing or hear any ringing for the incoming call. If she is already on a call, she wants any other incoming to go directly to voice mail.
Under the line settings for her phone there is the 'Ring Setting (Phone Active)' setting, but it does not sound like any of the options will accomplish sending additional calls to voice mail if the line is already active. I appreciate any assistance.

Set the busy trigger for her line to 1 and CFB to VM

Java,
Is CFB referring to the, "Call Forward and Call Pickup Settings" section? I do have 'Voice Mail' selected for the 'Forward Busy Internal' and 'Forward Busy External' options in that section. Should that do it (along with setting the Busy Trigger to 1)?

Yes, call forward busy set to VM and busy trigger to 1.
