Hi everybody,
I'm working on a CUCM 7 cluster of 7 servers.
I have to install .sgn file for the cisco 8831 phone model. To do so I've found a procedure on the internet and it worked before on one server.
My question is: should I install the .sgn file on each node of the CUCM cluster or only on the Publisher server ?
Thanks in advance, guys.

Hi Amine.
You should install it on all nodes and restart tftp server to make sure that it will be available for that phone model

Thank you, Carlo, for the answer.
I got two TFTP servers, I assume that I should restart both of them.

Correct, you have to restart both.
This because some phones could be configured to point to one and other phone to the other server.
Thanks for nice rating

If a device pack is installed to add support for a new device then the device pack needs to be installed on all servers followed by a cluster reboot. For any other device pack or firmware file install you need to install it on all nodes followed by a tftp service restart.
