I would like to know, we have internal extension from 2001 – 2499.
One of the extension, (2156) if someone from external call to the extension, it pickup by different company.
I have check with Telco, they revert that the full DDI range of 2100 – 2499 belong to other customer.
how can i prevent this issue ?

how does your deployment connect to PSTN from external to internal?
if the full E164 number,. that belongs to the 2165, gets dialled from external, does it hit your voice gateway as an inbound call?
if not then yes you will need to talk to your provider why that call gets routed to something else. I am assuming you are getting billed for that number??

1. it will show the external number
2. Telco have revert, they have assigned the same range as my Internal DN
my Internal DN = 2001 - 2499
Telco inform they also have DID of 8213 2001 - 2499 to other company, not mine
