Hello Experts,
We're having trouble getting Jabber to work on Windows 365 (Microsoft's cloud PC solution). Users connect to the cloud PC and then use remote desktop on the company PC. They can make calls, but there's no audio. It seems like signaling is working, but the audio isn't. Have you guys ever encountered this issue? Any solutions?
Thanks,
MK

Have you checked that the endpoints in the call have full connectivity to each other? The media stream, ie RTP flows directly between the endpoints in the call.

I tested an outbound call using Jabber through PSTN PRI to my cell phone. The cell phone rings but there's no audio.
Thanks,
MK

You mentioned that the PC was accessed via RDP. Is the issue related to audio not being heard or the microphone not functioning during RDP? Could you press Ctrl + Shift + S to check the call statistics?
I'm unsure if Windows 365 is a supported platform for Jabber. AFAIK , Windows 365 is a relatively new cloud-based Windows service.

The exact same setting works well using VPN but does not seem to work with miscrosoft 365.
