Can't recall if that phone model has the Load Server option under the config, if it does, configure there the alternate TFTP where the load is.

Hello Jaime,
I am having the same issue. Using CUCM 8.5.1, CP69xx and doesn't have the Load Server option in it.
Does it mean that this solution does not work for CUCM 8.5.1?

Hi Javier,
I'll just jump in for a moment to add to the great tips from Java (+5 )
On the phone config page (in CUCM) for the 8941 have a look down towards
the bottom of the page for;
Product Specific Configuration Layout
and see if there is a box labelled "Load Server" if so you can use this to
point to the file TFTP location
As per;
Alternative Image-Distribution Solutions
Cheers!

Hi rob thanks but I don´t have this option in "Product Specific Configuration Layout" phone config page... i am using
CUCM 8.5.1.10000-26

Hi Javier,
That's too bad This is related to the phone model rather than CUCM version.
You may have to set this on the phones themselves then;
Cheers!

WAD = Working As Designed
If you point to the phone to a TFTP via DHCP (or manually for that matter), it will try to get ALL of the configuration files, not just the FW.
