Hello!

There is a Hunt Group with a couple of phone in it. Wenever a Call comes in and someone takes it, all other phones in this hunt group get a missed call message in there displays. Thats confusing for the users, because they think that no one took the call over. Is there a way to disable it?

Rene,

Anytime a call hits the display on

an IP Phone it is saved/displayed as a "Missed" call. There is no way to change this behaviour.

The thread below discussed this in detail and also suggested that the only work around is to use shared lines

https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/344971

If you dont want to use shared lines you may consider using a different algorithm other than broadcast.

Has Cisco released any update to allow this functionality within the past 5 years? Seems to be a common request/problem...

on the user line settings you can uncheck "log missed call" box
