Does the CSS assigned to the SIP trunk list Parition of the phones?
Do you have any ports on UCON used by this integration configured for MWI?

I have the exact same problem,
I double checked the CSS under Sip Trunk and all ports are configured for MWI
Thanks in advance

Are all the CUCM servers referenced under the port group in Unity Connection?
How many CUCM servers do you have in the environment?
Have you tried resynchying MWI? How about restarting notifier service?

Hi Chris,
Thank you for your answer.
I have a 3 server CUCM Cluster and all of them are referenced under port group.
I already resynched the MWI , restarted the notifier service on the UCON Publisher ( I cannot restart it on the subscriber. I guess it's normal) . I also restarted the entire UCON cluster but no success.

Can you check that on your sip trunk security profile used for unity connection integration, you have
System>Security > SIP Trunk Security Profile
The ff: checked
1. Accept out-of-dialog refer
2. Accept unsolicited notification
3. Accep replaces header
You can look in here for detailed explanation fo how to setup the SIP trunk integration..
