Hi i'm not able to login in rtmt.
I'm receiving this message:
RTMT application cannot communicate with specified node/cluster.
Please verify the host IP address is correct and the network connection is up, and try again.
We have just deployed CUCM version 12 successfully without any problems.
But still not able to login in RTMT.
I have tried :
- installed RTMT again ( uninstall - install)
- used hostnames instead of IP addresses.
We haven't installed certificates on the cucm yet, would this be a reason which gives problems.

Hello,
Please install the certificates first, then restart the Tomcat service and try again.
Additionally, you may check the reachability between your PC installed and the CUCM you are trying to login as well as try to logging from another PC to RTMT,
George

Hi George.
Thanks for your fast reply, ok i knew there could be something related with certificates.
At the moment we are not able to install the certificates.
So that means during that time i'm not able to login at rtmt , correct?

Hello there,
Please see the note from Cisco about the certificate;
If your Root or Intermediate CA Certificate uses the RSASSA-PSSsignature algorithm, do not sign the Tomcat certificate with this CA; otherwise, RTMT will not launch. This is because the TLS versions through 1.2 do not support the RSASSA-PSS Signature Algorithm and a bug is opened against Java to add this support in a future TLS version. Related to certificate
