Hello byronmcneil. What your asking isn't really directly related to the type of Cisco phones you have, but if you're using CUCM as your call agent the SNOM-PA1 is likely the simplest overhead paging solution I've seen. You can program it as a 3rd party SIP endpoint in CUCM, assign it a phone number, and then call it to page. You will also need a speaker to go with it (you can just buy a simple bullhorn style speaker), or it can drive an existing speaker, or it can hook to an existing paging amplifier.
Another solution is using something like Cisco Paging Server/Informacast to use the phones themselves as a paging system/speakers

As stated earlier--- Informacast has a good solution and can be utilized for other things to include Mass notifications of emergency situations, etc. www.informacast.com
