I'm a noob, so I have a noob question. When you "generate PRT for selected", where does it go? I can generate one from the phone and then web in an grab it, but how do you generate one from the GUI? See below please and thank you.

And to follow on with what @b.winter said, the Customer Support upload URL field is on the device's configuration page, but can also be set system-wide via the Enterprise Phone Configuration, or per-group using Common Phone Profiles.
