Did you selected the correct Phone Template Name for this file?
When you upload this file did you select the correct target and transaction type for this file?

Hi Javier,
Please check if these Phones\DN's are already occupied in the CUCM, by going to CUCM->Route Plan Report. if so manually delete these entries and upload it again.

This a new CUCM cluster i don't have any DN configured, only i configure route pattern, and this don't match with any DN in the bulk.
Any idea?

Hi Javier,
I assume that the Phone Template has the line configured for the DN's.
Also please post the logs for the failure to see what is the reason for failure.
Go to CUCM Admin->Bulk Administration->Job Schduler->Job Id and post it back.

Hi Javier,
This is common issue, try creating a new phone template and try adding the phones again, and if possible do not add the line field.. also there are many issues when using office 2010... also try also when uploading the file to the call manager, use specific details in place of all details... (i had always had issues no matter what with all details)
also you can update the line later using
BAT-> phones -> Line Appearance ->Update Line Appearance.
