Hello

We have an problem with the connection between our cube 4331 IOS 16.12.05 and ITSP.

When the call attempt starts the first invite to the ITSP are sending five times an invite with Cseq101.

After increase the CSeq to 102 the invite request should be answered from the ITSP.

So we lost a lot of time in the call attempts.

Martin

Hi Martin,

Thanks for sharing output. As I have checked it’s not contains full messages. Raise a case with TAC they will collect CCM logs and definitely they will provide to you appropriate solution.

Pls rate if its “Helpful”. If this answered your question pls click “Accept as Solution”.

I would suggest to open a ticket with ISP . in your case ISP is not responding to your Invites and you may need to  work with them.

Hello Nithin. We're in contact with our ISP. but they told us, that the first invites does not appear on their side. So we have to tarce on our network. But in our network it's just one switch cisco4948 on the path to the isp router.

Why not connect your SBC outside interface directly with the service provider CPE router?

Hello

Because we haven't got an direct access to the provider backbone an SBC. But we have access to their MPLS cloud, and over this cloud we are able to connect to the provider internet cloud an to their SBC. I'm sure that so best way to do so, but the only way that we can do.

There is another  discussion in the community  where invites are not reaching the ISP. He  suspect its due to the packet size. I would suggest to open a TAC case. looks similar to your case.
