Take someones call

Hi all,

 

I have the following request from my customer.

 

Secretary   ---- User 1

                  -----User 2

                  -----User 3

 

The idea is when in User 1 the phone rings the Secretary can take the call. And the same for the other 2 users.

Hi,

If the phones are registered in CUCM, then you can achieve this by configuring call pick group.

But this will make the call ring in all the phones in the pickup group. And I dont want that,

With call pickup group, no phone will ring and visual/ Audio alert appear on phones one any call is received.

Why not build the lines as shared lines on the secretary's phone?
