Hello Everyone,
We just migrated our UC cluster from SCCP to SIP and since the migration the secondary server shows 100 as total ports but 0 Port In Service. Please see the attached screenshot. Is this a bug?
UC Version 10.5.2.13901-2
Thanks,
MK

Hi Everyone,
Updating this post for those who may run into the same issue that I did.
After raising a TAC case with CIsco, the engineer collected some logs & packet captures and noticed that the Conversation Manager is corrupted.
Using the command utils cuc cluster overwritedb from the sub copied the database from publisher to the sub and the problem was resolved.
Thanks,
MK

Hi there
Ports in service should show for both primary and secondary unity connections. Could you try restarting the servers. It should work
Hope this helps!

Hi there
You cluster seems to be good. Cant find any errors.
Btw, can you see the ports, at Telephony Integrations >> Port. You could be able to see all the ports here
Hope this helps!

Hi there
just a couple of thoughts,
1) what happens if you try adding more ports to the existing group ?
2) any change if you delete some ports
As a last resort can you try deleting the ports or even redo the complete integration process.

I cannot add any ports as I am at the max the server allows but I can delete ports and add them again.
I deleted all existing ports with the secondary server and added them again but no changes.
I am suspecting the issue is coming from the trust certifications.
I was able to regenerate the new certs but don't seem to be able to regenerate the tomcat-trust SCUNPDC02P and SCUN50001P. How do I regenerate those two. I am attaching the screenshot expired and new certs.
Thanks,
MK

Hi there
Could you verify these certificates by OS Administration >> Security >> Certificate Management >> Find. This lists all your certificates. Open and check the expiration of tomcat and tomcat-trust. You can delete the expired ones.
Do regeneration for both servers and restart Cisco Tomcat service using CLI.
Hope this helps!

It's already done and the result is posted. Please see the attached file to the previous post called Certs.
