Hi Othman,
debug shows that ITSP is releasing your call.
Please confirm with Telco regarding their requirment in calling number & called number? I mean how many digits they want
in calling & called number?
Also, please share your running-config.
Regards,
Nishant Savalia

Hi Othman!
For your second problem (DTMF).
I don´t see in sip messages SDP messages the your SIP Provider with instructions DTMF.
In normal Setup, ISP forwards SDP messages to client with DTMF instruction, example below:
v=0
o=HuaweiSoftX3000 12459576 12459576 IN IP4 10.57.0.117
s=Sip Call
c=IN IP4 10.57.0.117
t=0 0
m=audio 19696 RTP/AVP 18 8 4 2 98 99 102 97 (instructions SDP)
a=rtpmap:18 G729/8000
a=rtpmap:8 PCMA/8000
a=rtpmap:4 G723/8000
a=rtpmap:2 G726-32/8000
a=rtpmap:98 G726-40/8000
a=rtpmap:99 G726-32/8000
a=rtpmap:102 G726-24/8000
a=rtpmap:97 telephone-event/8000 (DTMF Instruction)
a=fmtp:97 0-15
a=fmtp:18 annexb=no
You can ask your ISP about it, or force the answer by sending your information on your invite.
For enable Early Offer is possible global or in dial-peer:
in voice service voip:
sip
early-offer forced
In dial-peer voip:
dial-peer voice 3 voip
voice-class sip early-offer forced
I recomend too change your dtmf instruction in dial-peer call leg and outbound.
dial-peer voice 3 voip
dtmf-relay rtp-nte sip-kpml sip-notify
Regards!
J Rosa.

Hi Othman,
debug shows that ITSP is releasing your call.
Please confirm with Telco regarding their requirment in calling number & called number? I mean how many digits they want
in calling & called number?
Also, please share your running-config.

Ok..share when you get the information from ITSP regarding the calling and called party requirement.
What type of number you are trying to call i.e Local, National, International?
Regards,
Nishant Savalia
09-26-2013 06:28 AM
Hi Othman,
Include in SIP config in "voice service voip" bind comand an EO forced.
sip
bind control source-interface GigabitEthernet0/1
bind media source-interface GigabitEthernet0/1
early-offer forced
I recomend too, create a dial-peer voip call leg and remove the "incoming called-number" in dial-peer 1 and 2.
Ex: call leg dial-peer:
dial-peer voice XX voip
description # Call Leg VOIP #
session protocol sipv2
incoming called-number .
voice-class codec 1
dtmf-relay rtp-nte
Regards.
JRosa.

Hi Nishant
our outbound calls now working but i still have problems
first it worked after i put this command in sip conf and removed area code from calling party (014)
sip
rel1xx disable
second our problems is
1- cant make calls to mobile numbers of aspecific company ( STC HERE IN KSA )
2- Cant interact with outging auto-attendant calls , for example when make call to 909 ( customer service for stc ) and after automatic greeting message it ask me to press 1 for arabic and 2 for english , when i press 1 or 2 nothing happen and call terminated.

Hi othman,
Good part that one issue is resolved.
Please share debugs for both the failure cases and also topology i.e. what kind of connectivity is between all nodes

Nishant Savalia

Hi Othman!
For your second problem (DTMF).
I don´t see in sip messages SDP messages the your SIP Provider with instructions DTMF.
In normal Setup, ISP forwards SDP messages to client with DTMF instruction, example below:
v=0
o=HuaweiSoftX3000 12459576 12459576 IN IP4 10.57.0.117
s=Sip Call
c=IN IP4 10.57.0.117
t=0 0
m=audio 19696 RTP/AVP 18 8 4 2 98 99 102 97 (instructions SDP)
a=rtpmap:18 G729/8000
a=rtpmap:8 PCMA/8000
a=rtpmap:4 G723/8000
a=rtpmap:2 G726-32/8000
a=rtpmap:98 G726-40/8000
a=rtpmap:99 G726-32/8000
a=rtpmap:102 G726-24/8000
a=rtpmap:97 telephone-event/8000 (DTMF Instruction)
a=fmtp:97 0-15
a=fmtp:18 annexb=no
You can ask your ISP about it, or force the answer by sending your information on your invite.
For enable Early Offer is possible global or in dial-peer:
in voice service voip:
sip
early-offer forced
In dial-peer voip:
dial-peer voice 3 voip
voice-class sip early-offer forced
I recomend too change your dtmf instruction in dial-peer call leg and outbound.
dial-peer voice 3 voip
dtmf-relay rtp-nte sip-kpml sip-notify
Regards!
J Rosa.
