Unity Connection Marco Traces ?

Hi All

I'm working on to troubleshooting voicemail improperly issue on unity, I would like to enable marco trace on cisco unified serviceability , but i can't found any about that on there, anyone know this ?

Looks like you are looking at wrong place. The document says to look into  " Cisco Unity Connection Serviceability " which is different than " Cisco Unified Serviceability ".

Dear

Step 1 In Cisco Unity Connection Serviceability, select Trace > Micro Traces.

The Micro Traces page appears.

can' t choose the marco trace for click

Looks like you are looking at wrong place. The document says to look into  " Cisco Unity Connection Serviceability " which is different than " Cisco Unified Serviceability ".
