Hi there,
I'm attempting to install Unity Express 8.5 on a 2911 but it's failing. I guess the module cannot connect to my FTP server after the ISM reboot, but before rebooting it can download some files for pre-install. I don't see where is the problem.. Please check the logs..
#service-module ism 0/0 install url ftp://user:pass@134.134.134.93/cue-vm-k9.sme.8.5.1.pkg
Delete the installed Cisco Unity Express and proceed with new installation? [no]: yes
