VG310/320 - License & RJ21

Hello,

When buying the VG310 / 320 for use with CUCM 10.x is it required to have a UCL Essentials license for each analog endpoint ? Or is that included in the price/image of the VG ? 

Also, is there a part-number from blackbox (or another vendor) that provides a finished RJ21/amplenol to RJ45 patchpanel for 24 ports ?
