Need some expert on the reason for term41.default.load error.

You need to provide a lot more information if you want any kind of assistance, what phone model is this?? CUCM?? CME?? What are you trying to do?? etc.

If its the Cisco 7941 IP Phone which is showing term41.default.load error, usually this points to a firmware upgrade issue. The proper upgrade sequence should be followed.

For all SCCP firmware upgrades from firmware release versions earlier than 8.3(3) to Version 9.3(1) or later, you must first upgrade your phone firmware to an intermediate version (8.3(3) to 8.5(2)) and then upgrade to 9.3(1).

This can be solved by loading 8.5(2) base firmware on the affected IP Phone and then try upgrading to the Latest Firmware.

I manage to resolve the issue by loading the term41 again, it works fine now.
