VWIC3-4MFT-T1/E1 not available in CUCM

Hi All,

I'm not able to find VWIC3-4MFT-T1/E1 option in my call manager while configuring MGCP gateway.

Router Model : Cisco 2951

CUCM Version : 7.1.3.32900-4.

Kindly suggest me a solution.

Minimum Cisco Unified Communications Manager Release required for VWIC3-4MFT-T1/E1 is  7.1.5 or 8.0.2

You mean to say like,i have to upgrade my Call Manager version.Right??

Use H.323 os SIP instead of MGCP.

Beside being indipendant from the hardware used, you will enjoy better stability, easier configuration, and a much richer set of features with no protocol-derived limitations.

I'm having exactly the same issue with a 3945, but do have version 7.1.5.2000.6 - which should support this VWIC.

Upgrade to latest CUCM 7.1.5 release, it wil resolve the issue.
