I noticed when calling International numbers it works, when call forward all to local numbers it works. Tried to call forward all to an International number and the after 10 Seconds the call is released. I checked the T310 timers and it is set to 60 seconds. On the international end the phone will ring once but not enough for the call to go through. On my end I get the provider tone that the call in not available.
I am running IOS (C2800NM-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.4(24)T2, I am running Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.1.2
Also I unchecked outbound redirecting ie and still nothing. On 10 seconds and we Receive disconnect on timer expiry every time.
The provider says that the problem is on my end, but I asked them if they could increase their T310 timer, but they refuse to.
Any Ideas to get around my problem ?

Calling directly that number works?
Take "debug isdn q931" with "terminal monitor" for both a working and-non working international call.
Post it here, do not take other debugs. do not use attachements

Calling directly works.

Need to see the traces to understand what's the difference. It may have to do with number plan/type, etc.
Also need to speficy ig MGCP or H.323

The forwarded call goes out with the orignal calling number and that may not be acceptable by telco.
see CUCM service parameter
display original calling name for forward, to disabled.

Tried it out and still not working. Will get a debug after working hours when the voice gateway is less busy.

On my gateway I'm using - First Redirect Number (External)
Try this one.

Hi all,
is there a solution for that/
Could it be a Telephony ISP issue?
I am having the same behavior:
i am running c2800nm-adventerprisek9-mz.151-4.M3.bin and CUCM 9.1
But the same occurs even if i redirect the call directly on the router.

It was an ISP issue. They blocked direct call forward all to international. They uncapped it for me, but I had to sign some agreement that they hold no responsibility for toll fraud. Anyways, the newer IOS has toll fraud prevention feature.

Thanks mate!
That is what i was suspecting!
Cheers,
Antonis
