Dear All,
My CCM version is 4.0(1)sr2a. I would like to upgrade it.
Do I need to buy license to upgrade it to version 4.0(2)aSR2 or 4.1(3) respectively?
Thanks.
C.K.

You should be able to get to the Voice Download page to get the upgrades if your CCO profile lets you.
You should have a SAU or SASU contract that will let you order the cds if you so choose. http://www.cisco.com/upgrade
This is from Upgrading Cisco CallManager
Release 4.0(2) doc.
"If you are upgrading from Cisco CallManager 4.0(1), you can upgrade by using the disks from the Cisco
CallManager 4.0(2) software kit or by using the web download file."
Also see "Cisco CallManager Compatibility Matrix" http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_callmg/ccmcomp.htm#SupportedUpgrades

My contract allows ordering of the disks but I was not sure if ordering disks would be billed back as an additional cost?
