David, yeah I had stumbled across that just beofore I posted but the excel doc that I was looking for had software compatibility like TSP Version, IPCC, Emergency Responder, etc.... I will keep poking around. I have been noticing other dead links besides this one as of late so hopefully they are re-organizing.

Hi,

May I know if you have a compatibility matrix for Cisco Unified Communication Manager 6.X to Cisco IP Contact Center (IPCC) Enterprise Edition anc Cisco CVP. I got the ccmcompmatr.xls from this forum but when I try to access the link (Consult IPCC Matrix link) I was denied, my account has no privilege to access it.

I hope you would be able to help me on this.
