Can anyone out there tell me what the maximum number of entries are for the "Missed Calls", "Received Calls" & "Placed Calls" directories are on an IP Phone. Are the limits model dependant and where would I go to find this information. I have tried searches with in Call Manager and IP Phone docs with no worthwhile results.

It actually depends on the model of the phone.
The 7920 has a max of 10
The 7960 has a max of 32
The 7970 has a larger max.. so far 55 and still counting.
Hope that helps.. JR

Hi there,
Feature Cisco IP Phone 7960G and 7940G
Maximum supported entries 32 each for Missed Calls, Received Calls,
and Placed Calls lists.
Cisco IP Phone 7961G/7961G-GE and 7941G/7941G-GE
100 each for Missed Calls, Received Calls,
and Placed Calls lists.
This info is included in the specific IP Phone "User Guide" for each model. Here is the example for the 7942/7962
Missed Calls, Placed Calls, or Received Calls. Each stores up to 100 records.
And the 7945/7965;
Missed Calls, Placed Calls, or Received Calls. Each stores up to 100 records.

Hope this helps!
