Non-Linear Call Forwarding in Cisco

Is it possible to achieve below Call forward Scenario in Cisco. Call forwarded while not answered, device unregistered or  CTI Failure.

1. Calls to "A"  -> forwarded to "B" -> Forwarded to "Hunt_1"

2. Calls to "B" -> forwarded to "C" -> Forwarded to "Hunt_2"

3. Calls to "C" -> forwarded to "A" -> Forwarded to "Hunt_1"

1. Calls to "A" -> forwarded to "B" -> Forwarded to "Hunt_1" >>> if you setup 2 and 3 when A forward the call to B  from B it will forward to C and then it will forward to hunt_2

2. Calls to "B" -> forwarded to "C" -> Forwarded to "Hunt_2"

3. Calls to "C" -> forwarded to "A" -> Forwarded to "Hunt_1"

Hi Nithin,

Thanks for your reply.

The scenario is if A gets direct call and unanswered it should be forwarded to "B" and -> Forwarded to "Hunt_1"

if B gets direct call then -> forwarded to "C" -> Forwarded to "Hunt_2" and similarly if C gets direct call -> forwarded to "A" -> Forwarded to "Hunt_1"

please let  me know if this can be achievable

Not that I’m aware of.

Hi Roger,

If we use UCCX Script will it help. please advice.

Possibly if you can come up with a way to program this in a script. Off the top of my head I cannot tell you how to build this.
