I just upgraded CM 3.2.2c with spF patch and thus managed to wipe my entire ringer list except for two.
Any work arounds to resolved this without downgrading?

George,
Open the ringlist.xml from c:\program files\cisco\tftppath on your CCM server in notepad or internet explorer. Verify there are more than just your 2 ringers listed. Then make sure the .bin files for those ringers actually exist in the TFTPPATH directory on the callmanager server. Confirm your TFTP service is up and running in the operating system, then check under /CCMService->tools->control center to confirm it is running (this confirms it is still present in the CCM configuration database as well.) IF all this is in place, go to a windows PC and attempt to TFTP download the ringlist and each one of the ringer files (open cmd prompt on the windows PC and type "tftp /?" without the quotes to get syntax help. Once you are able to TFTP down the files successfully, then reset your ipphone and your ringerlist should return. If your ringlist.xml file is corrupt/incomplete on the server, grab one from another server.
