I have a 891w router with the POE daughter card installed but I need to know the command to enable power to a port. Typically I would do the following:
NAME: "891", DESCR: "891 chassis, Hw Serial#:
PID: CISCO891W-AGN-A-K9, VID
NAME: "ESW Power Daughter Card", DESCR: "4-Port ESW Power Daughter Card"
PID: ILPM-4 , VID: V02 , SN: FOC14486AUS
config t
int fa0
power inline auto
exit
and that would be it and then I could run a show power inline to see the POE status on an interface. But when I try to enable power on an interface the power command is not recognized.

So if this is an 891W this means the router will require TWO (2) power supplies. One power supply will power up the router and the other power supply will power up the PoE module and ports.

They both pluggable to one same hole but there must be two output values: one is 12Vdc/3.5-5A and the other is 54Vdc/1.5A.

What about on an 899-G-LTE? I am having the same issue. Looks like ports Gi0-3 should allow PoE but the phone I have plugged into that won't power up. I would usually just use the power inline commands on a switch but I don't see those on this router.

Hi
Did you find a solution for this
Working router shows as below
Nile-HMH#sh env all
Board Temperature : normal.
Internal Power Supply Type: DC
Internal Power Supply 12V Output Status: Normal
Internal Power Supply POE -53.5V Voltage Status: Normal
But 2 routers not provide POE don't show below POE line
Internal Power Supply POE -53.5V Voltage Status: Normal
and I can't find "show power" command at all on the router while it shows well on the working router
I find below daugther card not appear in show inventory although it was working before
NAME: "ESWGE Power Daughter Card"
Thanks
Haitham
