Can't Access Services.cisco.com - Being redirected

I have a customer who is having issues access services.cisco.com. We have been looking at our customer's Smart Services issue as a CCO ID and Midco support contract mapping issue. We \ GDT replicated his CCO ID profile with other peers at Midco, but this has not solved the issue.  This issue has been going on now for more than 2 months. Any guidance you can give will be great.
 
 
 
Can you tell me how to resolve this issue?

Can you please PM the customer CCO ID as well as the portal instance they need access to?
