CBR access granted, still not showing in portal

A customer granted us CBR access on Tuesday morning and we are still not able to see their portal as of this morning, is there a backlog?

Please private message me the CCO ID as well as the party ID on the instance you are trying to associate to.

Strangely, another customer that did it yesterday I can already see.
