Hello!
Customer is trying to update our account in the “Services Access Management” page from CBRuser to CBRadmin, but fails. Even tried to delete the account to try to re-add it with CBRadmin permission but getting error “Access grant/revoke operation failed! Please try again later or contact Cisco support”. Anyone came across the same problem?

To start the initial validation, please confirm the following information:
- End customer name ( get the SNTC portal info here https://services.cisco.com/
- The customer_Id/CR-Party ID:
- The end_customer Address:
- The end customer_contract_number:
- CCOID is trying to create/change the user_role of the CSAM tool.
- CCOID related to Partner to be nominated as CBRadmin
