Hello, I am trying to access to the Cisco Services Access Management and it says "You are not authorized to access this resource", but I was able to access last week, my account is already a Customer Administrator, I have access to services.cisco.com and everything, is this a general problem?

The CSAM tool is currently operational. The CSAM tool is managed by the delegated administrator, who also manages your access to it or the portals. Occasionally, a space or tab may be included in copied and pasted data, which can cause errors. If you previously had access and are now experiencing problems, please contact the CSAM team for support. To report your issue, open a discussion via the support alias of the CSAM tool.
Please note that, like other tools on www.cisco.com, the CSAM tool is not supported or maintained by TAC. Any support requests for problems with the tool must be submitted through the tool's support process.

Users on services.cisco.com should not be assigned two opposing roles, as the roles are hierarchical. If a user has two roles, the system defaults to the least privileged role. Contact one of the delegated administrators to delete one of the user roles.
